Notice of Right to Appeal Rental of Portable Toilets and Other Site Rentals, and Services in your Council District or community planning area which was posted on the City of San Diego’s official website on August 5, 2019. This project was reviewed by the Planning Department and a determination made that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Applications to appeal the CEQA determination to the City Council must be filed in the Office of the City Clerk within 10 business days from the date of the posting of this Notice (August 19, 2019). The appeal application can be obtained from the City Clerk, 202 ‘C’ Street, Second Floor, San Diego, CA 92101.  If you have any questions, please contact the City Contact identified on the attached notice.

Notice of Right to Appeal an Environmental Determination for a future Special Event Permit in your Council district or community planning area which was posted to the City’s official website at http://www.sandiego.gov/city-clerk/officialdocs/notices/index.shtml on August 5, 2019. The Special Event Permit application was reviewed by the Special Events and Filming Department and a determination made that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). If you have any questions, please contact the Project Manager identified on the attached notices.
